'Barossa meets Peninsula'

Stephanie Alexander and Maggie Beer are household names in the culinary world and to say the least, have done wonders to promote the Barossa Valley as being one of Australia's meccas for quality gourmet produce. 

We had the pleasure of acquainting Stephanie with our chocolate range and it was with great enthusiasm she enjoyed sampling some of our most revered pralines. We love that she was able to take home a selection of chocolates and other produce from local business as a reminder of the quality of food  the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Easter Sunday on channel 7 we featured on Coxy's Big Break where Milton showed off his technical skills in creating a delectable chocolate turtle in time for Easter. 

 

 


A visit from Master Chef

Matt Preston himself paid us a visit to both sample and write about our chocolates in his magazine 'Delicious'. His favourite handmade praline is our 'gold award winning' and flagship chocolate, the lime ganache. He also listed the caramel, honey ganache, passion delight and french earl grey as being exceptionally delicious.

We hope to see Matt again very soon as we continue to unveil more exciting flavours and experiences to be had at MPC.

 

 

 

 

 


Postcards!

Shane Crawford and the Postcards crew spent the afternoon filming with us in store to capture the magnificence of freshly made pralines and ganaches for a segment aired on channel 9. 

We were delighted to share some of our trade secrets and recipes with Shane as his calm and playful demeanor effortlessly made the forceful cameras and glaring spot lights seem insignificant.

'From Produce To Platter' is a fine example of a coffee table book designed to entice and tantalise the appetite. We featured in a double page spread  among other hand selected manufacturers of high quality gourmet produce.
